Using TagCap
By using TagCap, you agree to these terms. You must be 18+ to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.
What We Provide
TagCap transforms your food photos into professional-quality images using AI. New users get 3 free photo credits. Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing plans.
Your Content
You own your photos and the AI-enhanced results. You can use them commercially on menus, delivery platforms, and social media. Don't upload content that's illegal, harmful, or infringes others' rights.
Payments & Refunds
Purchased credits are non-refundable. Free credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. If you experience technical issues, contact us for resolution.
What's Not Allowed
Don't hack, reverse engineer, or abuse our service. Don't use automation without permission or upload non-food content. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Our Property
TagCap's platform, AI models, design, and branding are our property. You can't copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for losses due to downtime or AI output quality variations.
Account Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. We'll notify you of significant changes.
